<strong>Z166</strong><strong> is a house design</strong> with a useable attic and a simple, neat body covered with a gable roof. A bay window with a large glazing, a notch and a balcony with a view of the garden make the house look charming and welcoming. The elevation is decorated with natural wooden elements.</p>

<strong>The day zone includes a spacious</strong><strong> living room</strong> with access to the roofed terrace, connected with the kitchen at the front and the dining room designed in the bay window. In the right part of the building there is a comfortable bathroom with a window, a cubbyhole under the stairs, a place for capacious wardrobes and a large bedroom with its own walk-in wardrobe and an exit to the garden. In the attic we designed three bedrooms of a similar size and a large bathroom. Thanks to a <strong>90 cm</strong><strong> high knee wall, </strong>the rooms are comfortable and <strong>well laid out</strong>. Two rooms with a view of the garden have access to the shared balcony.</p>

<strong>Z166</strong><strong> is suitable for even a 16.84 m wide plot</strong> when removing the bay window and changing the place of the window in the bathroom and designing it at the front.</p>
