<strong>Z17</strong> is a one-storey house design with a large garage. The colours, window shutters and wooden elements of the elevation give the building an unusual character.</p>
<p>
<strong>In the central hall</strong> there is access to a single-space day zone, a corridor leading to the night zone and a passage to the garage (in the utility room). In the garage we also designed an extra room with an independent access to the garden in the arcade. The interior is clearly divided into two zones. <strong>The day zone</strong> includes a living room with a fireplace annexe, a dining room and an exit to the terrace. The kitchen with a small larder adjoined depending on your preferences can be closed or opened. <strong>The night zone </strong>consists of three comfortable bedrooms and a shared bathroom.</p>
<p>
<strong>The main advantage</strong> of one-storey houses is the possibility of putting all the installation in the attic without the necessity of placing it under the ceiling. A centrally located utility room will allow you to optimally place the installation and heat up all the house.</p>
