<strong>Z170</strong> is a charming house with a modern look, a useable attic and a garage.<strong> The elegant appearance </strong>of the house is achieved thanks to its well-shaped body and the use of light colours and natural materials of the elevation.</p>

<strong>The open</strong><strong> day zone on the ground floor</strong> means a living room connected with a dining room and a kitchen and a beautiful shared terrace. A centrally located bay window with an exit to the terrace gives much charm to the interior. In the hall there is access to a bathroom with a shower and an extra room. Depending on your needs, it can be used as a bedroom, a home office or a guest room.</p>

In the <strong>utility zone </strong>of the house there is <strong>a large</strong><strong> boiler room </strong>and a garage. The connection of both inserts (of the boiler room and the fireplace) reduces the costs of the construction of the house.</p>

In the attic there are <strong>three</strong><strong> functional rooms</strong>, a walk-in wardrobe and a spacious bathroom. In the parents' room we designed an additional bathroom and a balcony.</p>
