<strong>The space</strong><strong> in the living room</strong> is planned in a very functional way. The lounge zone is subtly separated from the dining room. Thanks to a delicate notch in the living room, we could design <strong>a comfortable terrace</strong>. This solution makes it possible to build the <strong>house on a small</strong><strong> plot</strong>. <strong>The kitchen is open</strong> which significantly enlarges the space and improves the communication between the kitchen and the dining room. There is also a small larder with space for all the necessary products and equipment. In this design we anticipated a place for a single garage with direct access to the house. On the first floor there are <strong>four</strong><strong> spacious rooms</strong>. The largest bedroom has a personal bathroom, a place for a large wardrobe and an exit to the charming balcony.</p>
