<strong>Z178</strong> is a neat and functional two-storey house design with a side single garage.<strong> A simple, compact body </strong>and a gable roof make it inexpensive to build. Elegant finishing of the elevation, classic details and window frames made of natural wood give it a unique style.</p>

The representative zone is designed in the right part of the house. It includes <strong>a</strong><strong> spacious living room</strong> connected with a dining room in the bay window and an open kitchen. In the living room there is a fireplace and a large sliding door that leads to the roofed terrace. On the ground floor we also designed a small larder, a utility room, a toilet with a washing machine and a walk-in wardrobe with a window. The garage can be accessed from both the walk-in wardrobe and the utility room. On the first floor we planned the night zone including <strong>three</strong><strong> large bedrooms</strong>, a guest room, a bathroom with a bathtub and a smaller bathroom with a shower. Two twin rooms have access to the balcony. The bedroom of the house owners has its own walk-in wardrobe.</p>
