<strong>Z182</strong><strong> is a one-storey house</strong> design in a contemporary style. The main advantage of this house design is its large double garage with direct access to the house. There is also a possibility of enlarging the area with the attic.</p>
<p>
A simple, compact body with a gable roof and only one chimney make the house <strong>energy-efficient</strong> to use<strong> and inexpensive</strong> to build. A large arcade in the entrance and wooden facing give the body a modern look. In this house design we anticipated a functional utility room with an exit to the garden and a roofed place to keep wood for the fireplace.</p>
<p>
The area is planned <strong>in a very functional way</strong>. The day zone includes a large living room with a dining room and a centrally located fireplace. The kitchen is partially opened but it is also possible to section it off from the hall. There is also a small larder and a toilet with a shower. The night zone is clearly separated from the rest of the house. It consists of three large bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub and a window. The largest bedroom has its own capacious walk-in wardrobe.</p>
