<strong>Z188</strong><strong> is a small functional house design</strong> with a garage and a useable attic. Its simple body is enriched with interesting divisions of the elevation obtained by the use of grey plaster and wood. Above the entrance we designed a modern roof with a pergola.</p>

On the ground floor we planned <strong>a</strong><strong> spacious living room</strong> with all the elements of a perfect day zone: a fireplace, a large family table, a lounge corner with a place for a TV set. The kitchen is partially opened to the living room. There is also a practical small larder for you to keep all the necessary products.</p>
<p>
<strong>The windows in the living room and in the kitchen</strong> are designed by the garden side. On the ground floor there is also an extra room which can be used as a home office. In the hall we designed a space for a large wardrobe and a cubbyhole under the stairs. The garage and the utility room are connected thanks to a small corridor. The night zone on the first floor includes three bedrooms, a large bathroom and a capacious walk-in wardrobe. The largest bedroom has a separate bathroom with a walk-in wardrobe.</p>
