<strong>Z196</strong><strong> is an elegant one-storey house design</strong> with a double garage and a hipped roof. Its simple body is decorated with subtle elements of the elevation finishing which give it a modern character.</p>

<strong>The day zone</strong> of the house includes a spacious living room with a partially opened kitchen and an exit to the roofed terrace. In the entrance hall we anticipated a space for capacious wardrobes, a small larder, a comfortable bathroom and a home office which can be used as a guest room. In a separate night zone there are, three spacious bedrooms and a comfortable bathroom with a place for a washing machine. The bedroom of the parents has its own walk-in wardrobe. In almost all the rooms we designed large French windows so that the house would be open to the garden. For those who need more space we anticipated a possibility of enlarging the living room and arranging the kitchen in the home office.</p>
