<strong>Z203</strong> is a functional house design with three bedrooms; no useable attic. Its neat simple body is highlighted with a garage slightly moved to the front. The wooden finishing and clinker facing beautifully decorate the elevation.</p>

<strong>All the rooms</strong> are designed on the ground floor. The main advantage of this house design is <strong>a double garage</strong> with a large utility room which can be enlarged by removing the walk-in wardrobe. In the entrance hall and the corridor we anticipated a space for capacious wardrobes and a functional walk-in wardrobe. <strong>The day zone</strong> includes a kitchen opened to the spacious living room, a small larder and a dining annexe. In the centre we planned a fireplace. From both the living room and the dining room we can go to <strong>the roofed terrace</strong>.</p>

<strong>The night zone</strong> is located in the left part of the house. We decided to clearly separate this zone from the rest of the house in order to guarantee your comfort and intimacy. There are <strong>three</strong><strong> comfortable bedrooms</strong> and a bathroom with a window. In each bedroom there is a place for a large wardrobe. The bedroom of the house owners has access to the roofed terrace.</p>
