<strong>Z21 design</strong> is an extensive house, containing almost everything you can expect from a classic one-storey house. Body of the building on a rectangular plan, with a combined roof and a <strong>double garage</strong>, was completed thanks to such subtle details as: well-suited colours, fine horizontally rusticated elements and a frontal bay window. When the house is situated on a large plot, it looks as a splendid residence.</p>

<strong>The interior is divided into day, night and utility zones</strong>. From the main hall it is able to get to an isolated night part of the house with tree great bedrooms and a bathroom. In addition, &#39;master bedroom&#39; has its own large walk-in wardrobe. <strong>The day part</strong> is a huge <strong>living room</strong> with a fireplace in a dining room and a terrace, which is partially combined with an open kitchen and alarder. It is possible to opt not to section the kitchen, what gives us 52 sq.m. of open space. More than a half of the terrace is thoroughly roofed and it can be treated as an extended part of the living room or as &nbsp;a summer dining room. There is a possibility of walling an arcade off in order to enlarge the lounge area inside. <strong>The utility area</strong> of the house consists of a utility room with a stove and a double garage with the entrance to the garden. The place for build-in wardrobes and a walk-in wardrobe can be also provided. A large bathroom can be divided into two smaller ones, so the smaller bathroom would be available from the bedroom. As the needs arises, during the following stage of the investment, there is a possibility of developing the attic.</p>
