<strong>Z217</strong> is a design with a simple body, optimal and compact.</p>
<p>
The most important place of the ground floor is a<strong> living room</strong>. It is <strong>extremely functional and comfortable</strong> with a separate place to eat and rest. Rays of sunshine can easily burst in through the big glazing. A small fireplace, centrally located in the house in the way that heat losses would be the smallest gives the house a unique atmosphere. The heat from the fireplace would both <strong>perfectly warm </strong>the whole house and guarantee a good time in the winter evenings. </p>
<p>
<strong>Ideal complement of the living room is an open kitchen</strong>, which optically enlarges the whole space. While designing this house, we established that a northern part would be at the side of the garage. On the first floor there are also: a <strong>comfortable guest room</strong> and a bathroom.</p>
<p>
On the first floor there are<strong> three bedrooms</strong>, each with a place for a big wardrobe as well as a large bathroom with a place for a laundry area.</p>
