<strong>Z278</strong> is a one-storey house with a functional attic and a single garage. The elevation has been finished with mineral plaster and wooden facing and the base course – with acrylic plaster.</p>

In the house the day zone is <strong>clearly isolated</strong> from the utility and sanitary zones, what increases the comfort and additionally emphasises elegant character. The night zone has been designed with an attention to its intimate character.</p>
<p>
<strong>On the ground floor</strong> there is the day zone; a living room with a fireplace, a dining room and a kitchen. There is also a bathroom and an additional room. The night part is located in the attic, where you can find three comfortable bedrooms, a large bathroom and a spacious hall. </p>
<p>
A simple body of the building has been varied by unique details – the frontal elevation is decorated with an attractive arcade, the garden elevation charms with a comfortable terrace with an interestingly designed roof, which is enriched by large glazing. The interior of the house maximally exploits a floor area and a comfortable zones division guarantees a maximum freedom of everyday use.</p>
