The attic is a perfect place for all family members to take a deep breath and relax, to study and to sleep. There are three large bedrooms, two spacious walk-in wardrobes and a bathroom.</p>

This solution will guarantee<strong> the additional floor area available from a mezzanine, </strong>where an additional room e.g. a lounge room can be designed.
