The whole building can <strong>be heated with the use of </strong>the centrally located <strong>fireplace</strong>, what substantially <strong>lowers the costs of exploitation and a workmanship.</strong></p>

<strong>On the ground floor</strong> there is an additional guest room and a bathroom. The living room can be enlarged by the removal of the guest room and a part of the bathroom can be used as a utility room.</p>
