A simple body, based on a plan similar to a square, is covered with a gable roof. The frontal elevation is varied by two dormers and the entrance of the building is decorated with a small roof.</p>

<strong>The layout of the interior</strong> – despite small space it is very functional. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with the access to the kitchen. The living room with a centrally located fireplace is combined single-spatially with a dining annexe. </p>

<strong>The design of the house is available in different versions</strong>: with a side terrace, with a window bay in the dining room. We have also a version with a garage or a carport. Available in mirror image version.</p>
