<strong>Z51</strong> is a neat and comfortable house with a simple body and a hipped roof. <strong>A big advantage </strong>of the design is a <strong>spacious non-functional attic to arrange freely</strong>. It is combined with the ground floor by convenient reinforced concrete stairs.</p>

<strong>Z51 is designed on a plan of a square</strong>. The day zone consists of a spacious living room with a dining room and the entrance to the roofed terrace. A partially separate kitchen can be combined with a living room by removing a partition wall. There is also a capacious larder, which can function as a walk-in wardrobe or a cubbyhole. The night zone is clearly sectioned off in order to provide a maximum comfort. There are three comfortable bedrooms and a large shared bathroom. The convenient stairs lead to the attic, which can be freely designed in e.g. a studio, a lounge area, additional bedrooms or simply a loft.</p>

<strong>It is possible to</strong> design the entrance to the garage at the side elevation, what will enables to place the building in different way – with a side entrance.</p>
