<strong>Z57 design </strong>is a cosy and "healthy" house, designed in wooden technology, which functions as a seasonal house, where a big family and their guest can easily take a deep breath and relax. The advantage of the house is a <strong>large veranda</strong>, which favours summer idleness.</p>

<strong>The ground floor functions as the day area</strong>, there are: a living room with a fireplace and a place for a lounge set and a large family table, a kitchen annexe with a cubbyhole and a bathroom. In the day zone there is also the entrance to a <strong>large roofed terrace</strong>-veranda, were is a place for a table and many chairs. The centrally located fireplace in the living room is not only a decorative element, but also a great device to heat the whole house.</p>

<strong>The attic</strong> is the night zone of the house. There are <strong>three bedrooms</strong>. It is also possible to change the smallest bedroom into an additional bathroom.</p>
