<p>
<strong>Z62 design</strong> is a house of a simple body, with gable roof. Exterior elevations and the decorations of the building are accentuated with a small, light roof and interesting rustication. From the side of the garden the body of the building is varied by a balcony hanging over the terrace. </p>
<p>
<strong>The interior is functional and clear.</strong> A great advantage is a spacious living room with a staircase, that accentuate the open space. The ground floor is divided into zones. The first one contains kitchen and dining room with a fireplace and exit to the terrace; the second one is recreational and television. There is a larder by the kitchen. The kitchen can be sectioned from the dining room by a high buffet. On the ground floor there is also a toilet with the access to the utility room. The attic with three cosy bedrooms provides <strong>peace and quiet.</strong> One of the bedrooms has an access to the balcony. There is also a big bathroom that can be divided into two smaller ones. </p>
