Project Z77 is a comfortable one-storey house. Everything that is necessary for living is close to each other and large size of the rooms give an impression of the luxury and a space for the free flow of ideas. The form of the building refers to the Polish classical manor house but in the modern, minimalistic version. It has unrepeatable character thanks to the bends and the arcades.

The covered entrance leads to the optimal entrance hall with a space for the wardrobe. The hall that is located centrally is a hub of the house. The right wing is a representative zone and it contains the living room with an open kitchen and it has more than 70 square metres. The kitchen has a small larder and there is enough room for a full built-up and hanging cupboards. If the larder is too much it is possible to remove the partition wall and that makes the entrance hall significantly bigger. Through the utility room it is possible to walk directly to the garage and to technical room that has an access from the outside. Opposite to the hall there is a corridor that discreetly divides the day zone from the night zone. There are two bathrooms by the corridor and three big rooms with the space for the long wardrobes.

The hidden advantage of the project Z77 is the possibility of development and the use of the attic. The construction of the ceiling makes this solution possible and to ensure the optimal communication the stairs can be located in the hall.
