<strong>Z85 </strong><strong>design </strong>is a house of simple form, covered with pyramid hip roof. The arrangement of the interior allows to build a house on the buliding plot with light exposure on the front.</p>

The ground is the day zone – a kitchen, a living room and a terrace, and the living zone – a bathroom, two extensive bedrooms and a staircase. The fireplace in the living room is designed close to the utility room. It will allow making energy-saving installations, supported by a modern fireplace insert. <strong>A large and well-lit</strong> kitchen, might be opened to the living room, according to the owner's needs. <strong>The first floor </strong>is formed by two bedrooms, of which one includes its own built-in wardrobe, and big bathroom, iluminated by a roof window.</p>
<p>
The layout of the rooms allows to use the building easily in case, if the owners do not have enough money to complete the investment – all the necessary rooms that guarantee covering all the basic needs, are designed on the ground. The first floor might be developed in the second stage of the investment.</p>
