From the hall there is a free access to the day one, that is to a living room with a kitchen, and to the night zone. The design includes also a big utility room with a direct passage to the garage. <strong>In the private zone</strong> there is a bedroom and a spacious bathroom. The staircase that leads to the attic is <strong>sectioned from the hall</strong>. On the attic there are two spacious bedrooms. If there is a need for that, the attic can be developed to create three rooms.</p>

In the basic variant <strong>Z90</strong> there is a possibility of removing the windows in the back wall of the building that can be advantageous for the plots that are impossible to arrange. As an option there is also a variant with the windows and a terrace on the back wall.</p>
