An interesting set od various materials on the elevation and the <strong>resignation of the traditional form of the roof with eaves</strong> emphasise the modern character of this design. A garage, moved forward over the body of the building, with its interesting form of roofing create an attractive entrance.</p>

<strong>The day zone</strong> on the ground floor is concentrated around a centrally situated fireplace. It contains a living room with a dining room and an open kitchen with a long work top and a larder. From the hall there is available a bathroom with a shower, an extensive utility room and <strong>an additional room</strong>. It might serve, depending on the needs, as a bedroom, a home office or a guest room. The ground floor is completed by <strong>a single garage </strong>accessible from the entrance hall. On the attic there are four cosy bedrooms, a big bathroom and a built-in wardrobe. In two of these bedrooms there are designed modern roof windows with the vertical lighting.</p>
