<strong>Z6 is a one-storey house</strong>, designed on the plan similar to "L" letter. The roofed entrance is the part of the main roof, moved slightly to the front. The garden terrace has been located in the nook, surrounded by the walls.</p>

The terrace is partially roofed with roof facing and a pergola with a light polycarbonatic covering, what enables to grill even at rainy days. <strong>The interior is designed functionally</strong> – there are places for wardrobes, cubbyholes, a large utility room. The room at the entrance side can function as a guest room or a home office. <strong>The day area consists of a living room and a kitchen</strong>, which are combined with a dining room. The kitchen has the access to a larder. In basic version the roof is designed as a wooden girder structure, which is fast and economical to build. By changing the angle of the roof to 38° above the main part of the building, it is possible to build a suspended beam and lock floor, stairs and to arrange the attic, what will provide additional min.30 sq.m. of the floor area.</p>
