<strong>Z22 design</strong> is a one-storey house with a side garage. The elevation with impregnated wood and stone elements give the house individual character.</p>

<strong>The interior is divided</strong> into two zones. The main hall leads to day zone with a kitchen, a corridor to the night part, a bedroom, a small toilet and a small larder. A guest room can function as a home office with direct entrance through an entrance hall .The <strong>day part</strong> consists of a living room with a fireplace annexe and a dining room as well as exit to the terrace. The kitchen, depending on the family members' preferences, may be closed off or open. From the entrance hall it is able to get to the garage and the walk-in wardrobe. In the garage there is also an additional floor area for a utility room or a storage room with the entrance to the garden.</p>

<strong>Z22 is a design</strong> of a functional one-storey house. Everyone, who values comfort of using rooms at one level, will like it.</p>
