<strong>Z195</strong><strong> is a comfortable one-storey house design with a spacious day zone and four bedrooms</strong>.</p>

In <strong>Z195</strong> house design we planned <strong>a decent-sized utility room</strong>. If slightly enlarged, it can be used as a coal boiler room. The main part of the house consists of a spacious living room with an exit to the roofed terrace, a large kitchen and a dining room, both connected with the living room. If necessary, the rooms can be separated with a partition wall. Another advantage of this house design is <strong>a home office</strong> with a small bathroom which can be used as a guest room. The night zone includes three bedrooms and a large bathroom. The simple structure of the building enables almost any interior arrangement by moving the partition walls.</p>
<p>
In Z195 house design we anticipated <strong>a slab ceiling </strong>above the first floor which <strong>will give the possibility of adapting the attic</strong> for additional rooms, two apartments, or <strong>a loft</strong>. The relatively narrow front of the building makes it possible to build the house on a plot about 20 m wide.</p>
