<p>
<strong>Z98 design </strong>represents a one-storey house. Stone and wooden facing gives the building a warm and natural climate and a character.</p>
<p>
<strong>A roofed entrance </strong>in the niche leads to small entrance hall, in which there is designed a wardrobe. Further, there is a hall which is a circulation area between each of the rooms. On the left side of the house there are three rooms and a bathroom with a bath, a shower, a washbasin, a WC and a space for washing machine. In front of the entrance hall, under the stairs to the attic, there is a developed space for the utility rooms. The right wing of the house contains a kitchen with a window on the front side and a living room with a dining room. Big balcony door in the living room influences positively on lighting of the day zone of the house.</p>
<p>
<strong>In the Z98 design,</strong> despite its small area, there are fit all the necessary rooms for the family. Its small sizes are the undoubted advantage during the realization and the exploitation. Small area of the building will let situate it on a small buliding plot.</p>
