In this house design we clearly separated two zones. In the right part of the building there is a living room connected with the kitchen. The dining room is placed by a French window with a beautiful view of the garden. It is also <strong>possible to remove this window</strong> in order to build the house <strong>on 1m narrower plot of land</strong>. Next to the kitchen there is <strong>a decent-sized cubbyhole</strong> which can also be used as a larder, a walk-in wardrobe or an additional bathroom. In the night zone there are three rooms of almost the same size and a bathroom with a window. <strong>One of the advantages of this</strong><strong> house design is the possibility of adapting the attic for an additional use area.</strong></p>
