<strong>Z198</strong><strong> is a very comfortable and functional house design.</strong> On the ground floor we planned <strong>a bright and spacious day zone </strong>with a large kitchen, a small larder and a dining room. In almost every room there is access to the terrace that enables a perfect communication between the garden and the house. Besides, we anticipated much space for wardrobes and cubbyholes and a large bathroom with a place for a laundry. In the attic there are three large bedrooms, a bathroom and a capacious walk-in wardrobe. The bedroom dedicated to the house owners has its own bathroom, a walk-in wardrobe and a home office. Two twin rooms have access to a comfortable terrace above the garage.</p>
