Zr1 design is an extensive residence that fits perfectly to the large, green areas. The architecture of the building and its exterior elevations are rich in the wooden and stone details. The body of the building smoothly integrates with the surroundings and the nature. The secret of the originality and the uniqueness of the elevations is in the perfect proportions of each of the parts of the house and the cohesion of the used materials and additions. The body of this residence is refined in every detai from each of the sides. The house looks as fantastic on the front, from the side of the street or a driveway as it looks from the garden side, where there are many spiral staircases that lead to the terrace.

The novelty and the individualism of this design is combined with a traditional interior by its division into zones: the day, the night, the recreational and the economic one. The closest to the main entrance there is the economic zone with a built-in wardrobe, the storage rooms, a laundry room and a corridor that leads to a double garage. In the garage there is a large technical-utility room designed with an etrance from the outside. The centrally located chimney from the utility room and the interior fireplace optimally solves the problem of the installation of the fireplace heating or the "water jacket". It will also have a positive influence on the later costs of the exploitation and the heating. The day zone containes an original living room which one of the sides has a form of an arch. The living room creates one space with the dining and there is a sectioned kitchen with the larder very close. The night zone is located in the back wing of the house. There are three bedrooms with bathrooms and a fireplace room with a library and a large glazing.

The attic is an open space that if it is necessary it can be turned into the additional rooms or a recreation zone. From this huge, open space there is an entrance to an intimate terrace.
