<strong>Z70 is a functional design of a house with a useable attic. </strong>The brick elements, the elevated socle and the sloping battresses glamorize the house.</p>

<strong>The roofed entrance</strong> of the house leads to the entrance hall and then to the extensive day zone in which all the functions have their own space. A kitchen with a larder is located by the dining room that has its own entrance to a roofed terrace. The living room, combined with the television-fireplace annexe, has its entrances from the dining room and from eliptic hall in which there is a staircase with a landing. In the second part of the house there is a home office, a utility room and a double garage. There is also a storage room localized by the garage.</p>

<strong>A centrally located staircase leads to the first floor.</strong> There are three rooms, each of them has its own built-in wardrobe and one of them also a bathroom. There is also <strong>a main bathroom, a guest room, a DVD room, a loundry room, a sauna and a recreational room. </strong>Many nooks in the house and the places for the wardrobes make the interior of the house very practical.</p>
