<p>
Z292 is a one-family house, for a<strong> narrow plot</strong>, a one-storey building with a functional attic and a <strong>double garage</strong> at the front. A simple body of the building with a simple structure, covered with a gable roof, enables to build the house fast and inexpensively and for the later use. The form of the house is varied by a garage, moved slightly to the front. Above the garage the balcony and the roof of the main entrance and a terrace have been designed. Light and subdued colours are decorated by wooden elevation boards and the openwork columns supporting the roof above the terrace. </p>
<p>
The main advantage of the design is a division into the <strong>day and night zones</strong>. To the interior we get by the entrance hall, which has the access to the garage. The mail hall of the house leads to the living room, the dining room and the kitchen that is separated by a small partition wall. Glazed doors lead to a partially <strong>roofed terrace</strong>, which be a perfect place to take a deep breath and relax in the warm afternoons. </p>
<p>
The night zone is located in the attic, consisting of three large bedrooms, a shared walk-in wardrobe and a bathroom. All rooms have the access to the balcony with a view of the local nature.</p>
