<strong>Z12</strong><strong> is a neat one-storey house</strong> with the possibility to use the attic. A simple body and <strong>the possibility</strong><strong> of building the house in stages</strong> make it cheap and economical investment. The house structure is based on external walls which enables creating any interior design with partition walls.</p>

<strong>The plan of the building is rectangular</strong>. In the entrance hall we anticipated a place for a large wardrobe. Located almost in the centre, the hall sections off the day zone in the left part of the house and a smaller, night zone with two bedrooms and a bathroom. The day room is connected with the dining room and the kitchen. Next to the entrance enclosure we designed a decent-sized utility room which can also be accessed from the kitchen. This will allow to optimally organise the space. Only one centrally placed chimney will reduce the costs and simplify the installation of modern fireplace heating system or the water jacket.</p>
