<strong>Z146</strong> is a proposal of a small compact house for a four-person family.</p>

The smart technological solutions used in this design enable the economical and<strong> inexpensive use </strong>of the house. A simple body, an elegant finishing of the elevation and <strong>interesting colours combination</strong> are, undoubtedly, just some of the advantages of this house design. The unusual dormer and <strong>original details</strong> give it a unique look. The interior is subtly divided into three parts. The main one includes a comfortable and <strong>spacious living room</strong>. A large glazing lets the rays of sunshine naturally lighten up the room. An excellent organization of the space meets all your needs and provides a perfect place for you and your family to take a rest and relax. The dining room is big enough to put <strong>a large</strong><strong> family table</strong>. From the wide terrace you can admire a picturesque view of the garden.</p>

<strong>The open kitchen</strong> enlarges the whole room. When properly designed, it will satisfy the needs of any lady of the house. On the first floor there are <strong>three</strong><strong> comfortable bedrooms</strong> and <strong>a decent-sized bathroom.</strong> In each bedroom we anticipated a place for a wardrobe and a desk.</p>
