<strong>Z165</strong> is a one-storey house with no basement, suitable for a 3 or 4-person family. Traditional architectural solutions combined with the original elevation material highlight the contemporary nature of the building.</p>

The day zone includes a living room with a dining room and a kitchen with a connecting larder. The kitchen is partially opened to the dining room. It is also possible to separate completely these two rooms. In the night zone we designed two sun-filled bedrooms and one room with a private bathroom.</p>
<p>
<strong>A large roofed terrace</strong> with a view of the garden is undoubtedly a great advantage of the house design. Another advantage of this one-storey house is the lack of the stairs. It is the perfect house design for practical people who want to reach a compromise between the capacity of the house and its size. The contrast between stone elements of the simple and compact body and a large glazing is a tribute to courageous people who like challenges.</p>
