<strong>Z201</strong><strong> is a one-storey house design </strong>with a traditional architectural elements and sophisticated elevations with the sandstone facing.</p>
<p>
<strong>The interior</strong> is designed in a way that enables the organization of the service zone. A home office has a separate entrance. The house is divided into two zones: the day zone with a large living room, a fireplace and a well-shaped kitchen with a small larder. The kitchen can be connected with the living room. In a comfortable hall we have enough space for a wardrobe and a toilet with a shower.</p>

Z201 is a comfortable house design for a family wanting to live in comfort.<strong> In a relatively small area we planned fair-sized rooms. </strong>It will look great on a large plot of land. In the terrace area we designed a pergola which will cast a shadow during hot summer days. The pergola can be filled with transparent polycarbonate slabs and then used as a shelter from the rain.</p>
