The frontal elevation is varied by and interesting corner window, providing a view from the kitchen of the garden and the street. </p>

<strong>A functional layout of the rooms</strong> makes the building extremely convenient in use. In the vestibule there is a place for a wardrobe and additional direct passage to the kitchen through the larder. Such solution can facilitate e.g. putting the shopping bags. In the day part the dining room and the kitchen are combined with a bright living room. <strong>The central location of the chimney</strong> and a large utility room are the additional advantages of the present house (e.g. a possibility of the easy electrical wiring installation). The house has only one storey, what facilitates the distribution of mechanical ventilation channels with heat recovery in the space above the ceiling.</p>
