<strong>Z254</strong> is a neat one-storey house with a gable roof, inexpensive to build and to maintain. The layout of the interior enables to <strong>place the house on a narrow plot or by the side entrance at the side of the road.</strong></p>

On a small area there are two comfortable bedrooms with a large bathroom and the spacious day zone with a sectioned off kitchen. It is possible to remove a partition wall and create a single-space interior. At the kitchen there is a place for a small larder. From the living room and a bigger bedroom it is possible to get to the roofed terrace.</p>

<strong>The advantage</strong> of the design is a <strong>relatively large utility room and the lack of structural walls, what enables to freely arrange the interior.</strong></p>

A simple elevation in a light colour is enriched by elements of honey wood. The entrance zone is distinguished by dark and graphite colour of plaster. Pergolas and trellises covered with plants create charming and romantic atmosphere.</p>
