<strong>Z290</strong> is a building suitable for a <strong>narrow plot</strong> with a possibility of the development of e.g. a one side of the building in the borderline of the plot. At a minimum width and the illumination of only three sides, the house is designed in the way that every corner of the building is well lightened up and functions as a one-family house in a comfortable way.</p>
<p>
<strong>On the ground floor</strong>, just next to the entrance, a large utility room and a small toilet have been designed. There are also: a spacious kitchen, a living room with a dining annexe, which is perfectly lightened up thanks to the big glazing.</p>
<p>
On the first floor there are two bedrooms, a bigger room for the parents and a comfortable bathroom.</p>
