<p>
<strong>Z72 design</strong> is a one-storey house with gable roof. Its advantage is an amazing simplicity of its body and also the unique image and character of the whole building thanks to the mix of different materials. This offer is at the same time the low cost of the investment and of the exploitation. </p>

<strong>The entrance to the building</strong>, covered with a small roof, leads to a comfortable entrance hall in which it is possible to fit big wardrobes. A rectangular hall is a central hub of the house. An open entrance from the hall leads to the day zone designed on the right. In the living room there is a fireplace and a double door that leads to the terrace from the garden side. There is a kitchen-dinner annexe by the living room and it has a front window.</p>
<p>
<strong>The second part of the house</strong> contains two big bedrooms and a bathroom. In the bathroom, besides the washbasin, WC, bath and a shower, there is a hanging boiler that has two functions: to heat the water and the rooms. This realization allows to save the useable area that should be found if the traditional boiler house was used.</p>
