<strong>Z93 is a shapely</strong>, functional one-storey house for a family of four. A simple body with a gable roof is decorated with two bay windows: one in the kitchen and the other in the main bedroom. The dark-wooden decoration on the elevations, grey woodwork and interesting architectonic details create its modern image. Above the entrance there is an open-work form in a light steel construction.</p>

<strong>A rich utility program</strong> is resolved on the level of the ground floor. The day zone is a spacious living room with a televisional annexe and an entrance to a roofed terrace. The kitchen is designed in an open composition and there is a possibility to the full division from the living room. From the entrance hall you can walk to the kitchen through the utility room, bypassing the living room. The utility room can also function as a larder. The dining room is located in the bay window with a big window.</p>

<strong>The night zone</strong> is located in the left wing. It contains three cosy bedrooms and a comfortable bathroom with a window and a space for the washing machine. The main bedroom has its own built-in wardrobe.</p>
