In <strong>Z15</strong><strong> house design</strong> the entrance to the building is highlighted by a roofed arcade. Extended elevation of the entrance with a roofed porch and dark brown elements stand out from the light walls. A simple and harmonious form makes the building look light and charming. The house may also serve as a summer house. Despite its small area, the interior will impress everyone with its functionality and spaciousness. The load-bearing structure of the house consists of the external walls which allow to arrange the interior in any way depending on individual needs.</p>

<strong>In the basic version</strong> of this house design we connected the kitchen and the dining room which made the living room look even bigger. A separate room next to the living room can be used as a home office, an extra bedroom or it can be connected with the living room. In this design we planned only one optimally placed chimney in order to decrease the costs of the construction of the house. The elevation facing the garden is decorated with a partly roofed arcade. This is a perfect place for you to take a rest. It is also possible to build a side garage or a carport.</p>
