The creative location of the utility room in the centre of the room subtly separates the lounge zone from the pleasant kitchen. At the back of the utility room there is a fireplace. One more clever solution used in this house design constitute two exits to the terrace. It significantly improves the communication between the house and the garden. A functional <strong>open kitchen</strong> has its own <strong>small larder</strong>. On the ground floor there is also <strong>a</strong><strong> cosy home office and a comfortable bathroom</strong>. Besides, in this house design we also anticipated a space for <strong>a double garage</strong>.</p>
