<strong>Z5 is a one-storey house</strong> with a hipped roof of a stately character. The entrance zone with a small roof supported by two pillars, a symmetrical layout of the elevation and a bay window in the living room emphasise the axial body of the building.</p>
<p>
The interior is planned on the rectangle. A spacious and centrally located hall separate the zones. The day zone in the left part consists of a<strong> comfortable living room </strong>combined with a dining room, a kitchen and the entrance to the roofed terrace. In the right part there is a night zone, that consists of three comfortable bedrooms and a large, shared bathroom.</p>
<p>
In the basic version a suspended beam and block floor is anticipated. In the future it will enable to <strong>arrange the part of the attic</strong> and enlarge the floor surface.</p>
